1. Deal Manager

  • Requirements: At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field, Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Economics or equivalent, excellent Interpersonal, analytical, problem solving skills, fluency in Filipino, English language (other languages are an advantage), proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, fast, self-driven, thorough, business savvy, precisely organized
  • Role: Developing and manipulating financial models and/or valuations for financing, deal structuring, and cash flow feasibility

 

2. Deal Associate

  • Requirements: At least 1 year of working experience in related field, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Economics or equivalent, good interpersonal skills, attention to details, resourcefulness, multi-tasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Role: Assisting the Deal Manager in analyzing the deal transactions and providing support to the Investment Banking team by conducting financial evaluations of companies and clients, reviewing laws and regulations, developing relationships with corporate accounts and institutional investors, and providing value-added services to spot business opportunities or potential problems relevant to FMIC and its clients

 

3. Treasury Marketing Associate

  • Requirements: At least 1 year of working experience in related field, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Banking/Marketing or equivalent, working knowledge in finance and marketing, amiable but aggressive, flexible and willing to handle pressure, excellent PR and marketing skills
  • Role: Conducting marketing calls to valued clients to be able to solicit new funds, providing feedback as to clients’ investment requirements, selling new products and marketing government securities, commercial papers and other investment products, and keeping informed of current money market trends and developments through the Bloomberg information provider

 

4. Research Head

  • Requirements: At least 5 years direct work experience in capital markets in an officer capacity, top 10% of his class in economics/finance related courses, ability to analyze financial accounts and interpret data, Strong written and oral communication skill
  • Role: Assessing how industries are affected by new products, processes, and competition, comparing various securities of a given industry, examining investment ideas, monitoring corporate news, economic developments, and political events, and preparing investment reports and schedules

 

5. Loans Officer – Marketing Section Head

  • Requirements: At least 5 years work experience in corporate banking, handling large corporate accounts in an officer capacity, Degree in Business Management/Accounting/Finance, excellent communication and mathematical skills
  • Role: Developing business checking and deposit relations with customers, promoting business by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to other staff for other services, and participating in sales management and officer call programs

 

6. Bookkeeper – Financial Accounting

  • Requirements: At least 2 years related work experience, CPA and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, good analytic and interpersonal skills
  • Role: Preparing journal entries and monthly financial statements, computing and filing of taxes, facilitating audit, preparing financial reports to the Board of Directors, facilitating backroom operations, submitting audited financial statements to SEC of assigned subsidiaries and affiliates

 

7. Audit Assistant

  • Requirements: At least 1 year related work experience in a financial institution, CPA and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Major in Accounting, computer literate (Office and Visio), excellent written and verbal communication skills, competency in financial and operations audi
  • Role: Performing review of projects or activities of departments assigned, evaluating adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, performing financial compliance and operations audit, analyzing evidentiary data to form an objective opinion on the accuracy and validity of transactions reviewed

 

8. Executive Secretary to the First Vice President

  • Requirements: At least 4 years secretarial experience in a financial institution, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, good command of English language, punctual, composed, multi-tasker, organized especially in coordination of travel arrangements, has excellent phone etiquette
  • Role: Providing efficient support to the Head by scheduling meetings, arranging logistics or bookings to facilitate appointments, answering/screening phone calls and preparing presentation materials

 

9. Compliance Deputy

  • Requirements: At least 5 years of working experience in a related field preferably in a financial institution, Bachelor’s/College degree in Accountancy, knowledge of banking operations and AMLA regulations, proficient in computer applications, analytical, keen eye for details, and has excellent interpersonal relationship
  • Role: Documenting KYC and compliance monitoring, client profiling and transaction monitoring, CTR/STR review and submission, KYC watchlist updating and monitoring, coordinating with AML Committee, and AML/CFT training of employees

 

10. Management Analyst

  • Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant working experience, Bachelor’s/ College degree in Business Administration/ Accountancy, knowledge of Treasury, Controllership and Investment Banking operations, has strong written and verbal communication skills, creative and analytical, has the ability to work well with a wide range of people, self-motivated and disciplined
  • Role: Undertaking the analysis of existing business or operational procedures and identifying problem areas, analyzing the data gathered and document findings thereof including recommended enhancements, conferring/coordinating with the officer/personnel concerned regarding policy and procedural development/enhancements, preparing/updating functional or operating manuals outlining policies in conformity with BSP/other regulatory bodies, preparing detailed procedures and internal controls, coordinating with auditors relative to latter’s exceptions on implemented policies, procedures and internal controls and effecting necessary improvements in manuals whenever necessary

 

11. Corporate Affairs Assistant

  • Requirements: At least one year corporate communications or marketing communications experience in a business to business environment, Bachelor’s/College degree in Communications, Journalism, Communications Technology, proficient in oral and written communication, proficient in Microsoft Office Software – Word, Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge in print production (printing/publication) and advertising production, must be highly organized and good in logistical management, focused, proactive, creative, flexible, willing to work long hours and weekends when necessary
  • Role: Assisting in the production of newsletters and publications, processing/following up of documentation requirements of event contracts and payment requests by the department, assisting in the preparation of the logistical and clerical requirements (ie banners, streamers, name plates and tags, etc.) in every event, coordinating event requirements (such as equipment, car service, etc.) with the Administrative Department, and following up of all transactions with suppliers

1. MARKETING SERVICE OFFICER (Assistant Manager) – Incumbent will be based in Makati and will report to the Assistant Vice – President of FAMI. Candidate must be a college graduate of Marketing course and must have a knowledge or exposure to different financial investments. He/She must have at least 2 years related work experience in an officer capacity. He/She must have a very good command of the English language. He / she will be responsible for management of marketing and sales of mutual funds and coordinate the development and implementation of strategic/tactical plans and sales objectives.

 

2. ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT – Incumbent will be based in Makati and will report to the Accounting and Admin. Manager. Candidate must be a college graduate with a degree in Accounting and preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He /she must have at least two years of experience in accounting works in a financial institution (preferably mutual fund company, insurance company or trust dept of a bank). He / she must be organized, persistent thorough, careful and works fast with MS Office software.

3. SALES ASSISTANT (Staff Level 1 to 2) - Incumbent will be based in Makati and will be reporting to the FAMI Officers. He/She must be a college graduate of a business course, and must be a SEC Certified Investment Solicitor or must take and pass the licensing examination immediately after hiring. He/She must have at least two years of sales work experience. He/She must have a good communication skill. He / she must be computer-literate, detail-oriented and resourceful.

4. ACCOUNTING AND ADMIN. MANAGER (Manager) – Incumbent will be based in Makati and will report to the Assistant Vice-President. Candidate must be a college graduate of accounting course and must have at least three years related work experience in a financial institution. He/She will be in-charge of the overall function in the Accounting Department as well as the administrative aspect of the company. He/She will also be responsible in the coordination with the external auditors for the timely finalization of the audited financial statements.

1. EQUITY SALES OFFICER (Official Assistant to Manager Level) – Incumbent will be based in Makati and will report to the Head of Sales and Dealing of FMSBC. Candidate must be a college graduate of Business Economics/Finance or Accounting course with several years of experience in stock market/major listed companies. He/She must be a Certified Securities Representative, preferably Certified Investment Solicitor and preferably have passed the PSE Qualifying Debt Exam. He/She must have excellent communication and presentation skills, can relate to all levels of management and clients, can reason, analyze and solve problems. He/she must be a team leader, self-driven, fluent in Fookien and Mandarin, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, and financial transactions on the Internet. He/she must maintain strict confidentiality.

2. OPERATIONS OFFICER (Official Asst. to Asst .Manager Level) – Incumbent will be based in Makati and will report to the Head of Operations. Candidate must be a graduate of Accounting, Economics or Finance. He/She must have an in-depth knowledge of stock broking, preferably in a supervisorial capacity. He/She must be responsible in providing competent backroom support operations, particularly in the documentation of all transactions of clients, dealer’s and other brokers’ accounts. He/She must also be knowledgeable in PC applications, including Microsoft Office, preferably Technistock and financial transactions on the internet. 

3. RESEARCH ANALYST (Official Asst. to Asst. Manager Level) – Incumbent will be based in Makati and will report to the Head of Research. Candidate must be College graduate of a business related course. He/She must have several years of experience in stock brokering, dealing or fund management, or the equivalent expertise gained through education. He/She must have an excellent communication and presentation skills and can relate to all levels of management and clients. He/She must have the ability to develop expertise in interpreting information and implications for investment decisions. 

4. ACCOUNTING ASST. (Staff level to Official Asst.) Incumbent will be based in Makati and will report to the Asst. Manager of Accounting Department. Candidate must be graduate of Accounting, preferably a Certified Public Accountant. He/She must have a strong interpersonal and leadership qualities. He/She must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. He/She must have several work experience with tax preparation background and must be adept in financial statement preparation. 

5. OPERATIONS ASST. (Staff level 1) – Incumbent will be based in Makati and will report to the Asst. Cashier of Operations Department. Candidate must be a graduate of any Accounting business related course, preferably accounting major. He/She must be highly motivated, goal oriented and can handle multiple tasks. He/She must have at least one year related experience. 

6. SECRETARY (Staff Level) – Incumbent will be based in Makati and will report to the FVP and COO . Candidate must be a College graduate of any business related course. He/She must have at least one year related experience and can handle multiple tasks. He/She must have a good command of the English language both in written and oral. He / She must know how to use standard office equipment i.e. fax, photocopy, and binding. 

7. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (Officer in Charge ) -  Incumbent will be based in Makati and will report to the FVP and COO. Candidate must  preferably be a graduate of Economics, Finance and/or related disciplines. He/She must have an experience with Project Management and must have strong written and oral communication skills. He or She should be creative, resourceful and have an internal/external customer service orientation in order to communicate effectively with all ranks within and outside the organization. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, HTML, database, and basic programming. He or She must have the ability to work closely and intensely with the COO with minimal supervision.
