Deal Officer - Equities
Responsible for providing assistance on the effective execution of equity-related transactions and support to the Investment Banking divisions in the origination, research, due diligence, structuring, proposal presentation, distribution, and documentation of Equity – related transactions.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Economics/ Industrial Engineering or other related field requirements; MBA or MBM preferred. Experience: At least 5 to 6 years of related experience, 1 to 2 years as Officer. Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge on equity-related transactions, reviewing a variety of analytics including financial statements and projections.
